The Natural Choice - More Than Just a Diaper ServiceService Information
How it works:
- Return all diapers excluding your float of 10-12, including clean ones.
- Don't rinse, just shake solids into the toilet.
- If you are using a cream, please use the biodegradable liners.
- No pins or fastener necessary.
- Once a week pick up of soiled diapers and drop off of clean diapers
- Deliver hours are between 7am and 7pm. These hours are long because our routes can be long and the order of delivery can change depending on location of new clients.
- You will be billed every four weeks. The invoice is distributed on the third week and your check is picked up with the soilded diapers on the fourth week. If you prefer, you may have automatic billing with a credit card which will be charged on the fourth week and receipt distributed with diaper delivery.
- If your full amount of diapers is not returned the bill will reflect the amount that you kept and the amount that was delivered.
- Forty-eight hours noticed is required to make a change to your order or the change will not be made until the following week.
- If you refer someone to the service, you will get a free week of delivery!
Remember:
- If there is a pickup only required there will be a $5.00 pickup fee.
- If your soiled diapers are not out for pickup during a delivery, there will be a $5.00 fee for the extra processing and/or retention of diapers from the service.
- Late payment charge of 2% per month on all unpaid balances Charges due whithin 8 days of reciept of bill.
